Who is Rilakkuma? Well his name literally translates to ‘Relaxed Bear’ to give you an indication, and he spends his days chilling and snacking with his friends Korilakkuma and Kiiroitori.

Rilakkuma was created in 2003 by San-X and is the second most popular character in Japan behind Hello Kitty, and his European launch has been a great success as Japanese culture and kawaii characters are so popular at the moment

Rilakkuma is a lifestyle brand for the Kawaii loving teen and young adult female. In 2022, Netflix is launching it’s second season in 190 countries, in fabulous, stop-frame animation
