We only hold data that has been provided to us in the normal course of business.

We are PCCI compliant and all credit card payments are processed immediately and no details stored. The card payment system we used is provided by our bank (Barclays) and the payment information is always encrypted on their system.

All persons who may be affected will be contacted via email (or telephone where email is not available) as soon as practicable, but in any event in no more than two working days following the breach.
