Ethics

In addition to ensuring we offer the consumer cutting edge brands and designs, everyone at Blueprint Collections, together with our
colleagues in our Hong Kong office, Blueprint Asia, works very hard to ensure that our products are sourced in an ethical and socially
responsible manner.

As we source the majority of our product ranges from the Far East, our colleagues in Blueprint Asia work with all the manufacturing
facilities we partner to help them continually improve their production methods, working practices and conditions. We also work
with all our manufacturing facilities to help them and us protect the environment.

Blueprint Collections and Blueprint Asia assesses all the manufacturing facilities used for Blueprint product ranges against the Ethical
Trading Initiative (ETI) base code and insist that this be used as the underpinning principle for everything produced at our partner
factories. We are helping to further enforce these principles by joining Sedex, a non-profit making organisation that helps businesses
commit to continuous improvement in ethical performance throughout the supply chain.

In all manufacturing facilities, everyone at Blueprint Collections and Blueprint Asia tries hard to ensure that:

•  living conditions are up to the standards laid down by the ETI and Sedex
• the age of employees complies with all local laws
• workers are paid at least the minimum local wage
• paper used for our products is sourced from sustainable forests

Everyone who works for Blueprint, whether in the UK or in Hong Kong, understands the importance consumers place on ethically sourced goods and respect for our environment and strives to produce products that meet our customers expectations in every way.
