Blueprint is a family owned and operated business which was established in 1999 to design, develop and sell quality licensed stationery, bags, accessories and gifts. Through an unswerving commitment to quality, value for money and customer service we are the leading supplier to many of the UK retailers who trade in our product categories.
We are very proud to have won 8 prestigious licensed product awards including a Best Product award from Disney.
We are a close knit organisation and have a very low staff turnover resulting in one of the most experienced teams in the business. In 2008 Blueprint opened a sourcing office in Hong Kong. The opening of this office has proved to be an invaluable addition to our resource base as it has meant that we are in direct control of pricing, lead times, deliveries, quality control and ensuring that the factories we work with comply with the required ethical and safety standards. Blueprint is a member of Sedex and we insist our supply base become and remain members. All of our products are inspected and approved by Blueprint employed QC staff before they leave the factories.
Blueprint’s distribution is unique in that we trade across all market sectors from high end multiple and independent retailers through to the discount sector.
The heart of our distribution is on the high street where, for example, we are the largest licensed stationery supplier to John Lewis and Claire’s Accessories. We also design and supply own brand collections for many of our customers. Even though our distribution is broad, we always ensure that we produce good quality products, to the relevant specifications, so that they fit the brand’s profile and the consumer’s expectations. We constantly strive to produce collections with the best licenses, the best designs and the best product ranges.
Our license portfolio is broad and we have licenses in three categories:
Social: with licenses such as Yvonne Ellen, Sara Miller and Morris & Co.
Teen: with licenses such as Pusheen, Line Friends, Gudetama and The Happy Newspaper.
Kids: with licenses such as L.O.L Surprise and Pokemon.
We also have a growing collection of ranges produced under our own Studio Note brand.
We introduce new collections three times a year; in Spring, at Back to School and for Autumn/Winter, so there is always something new from Blueprint.
